BA in Bar Management Apprenticeship
JJ Mulcahy Director of The Old Quarter Group, had a direct input into the course curriculum to ensure students learning reflects the daily realities of running a successful pub.
The team behind The Old Quarter Group in association with the Vinters Federation of Ireland are delighted to spearhead the BA in Bar Management Apprenticeship – which is a practical industry led degree, designed specifically for the needs of today’s bar trade.
Delivered by Griffith College as the coordinating provider, this three-year, QQI-accredited Level 7 degree is a collaboration between academia, the VFI, and a consortium of experienced publicans. By combining on-the-job training with structured academic study, it offers a clear path for staff to “earn while they learn”.
