Job Description
Job Summary:
The Top House Pub & Kitchen, Castletroy area, Limerick is currently recruiting a Duty Manager to join the team.
The successful candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude to join the team to assist in the smooth running of the business on a day to day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Staff training and mentoring
- Stock control
- Opening/ Closing of the business
- Attention to detail
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Customer care
- Communicating with all departments within the business to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Maintain standards
- Use of own initiative
- Health & Safety
Experience:
- Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
