Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations and staff scheduling
• Hire, train, and mentor bartenders and barbacks
• Manage inventory and ordering of beverages and supplies
• Ensure top-tier customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
• Create or assist with seasonal cocktail menus and promotions
• Collaborate with upper management on sales goals and strategies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bar management or senior bartending experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in inventory and POS systems
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
