To get you started —— We invite you to watch our induction video.
Day one —— We will assign you a trainer who will show you the key areas of your job and we get you to complete the mandatory HACCP Training.
Week 1 – 3 —— Your manager will give you constructive feedback to help you to become proficient in your role, you are encouraged to give us some feedback.
Month 1 – 6 —— The team including your manager will be your ‘go to’ for any queries/issues/support you need.
Fully on board —— We encourage you to grow and learn during your time with us and apply for other positions that become available.
