Job Description
Job Summary:
The Old Quarter Pub is looking for an experienced and motivated Fulltime Bar Manager to lead our bar operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure high service standards
- Manage and train, bar staff
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and control inventory
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager (2 -3 years of experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role)
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
